ABOUT ME
Aloha!
My name is Michelle Chan and I would LOVE to chat with you about all your photography needs! I am based in Honolulu, Hawai’i but travel worldwide to capture love stories.
I specialize in documenting intimate weddings & elopements and would be thrilled to guide you in your exploration of this beautiful island. As a deeply avid traveler, I also waive travel fees to neighbor islands, as well as to international destinations.

How do I approach photography? For context, I graduated from Pomona College, a small liberal arts college outside Los Angeles. While I earned my bachelor's degree in Psychology, I supplemented my studies of the human mind with courses exploring media, film, digital art, sociology, representation, ethnic studies, and the roles each play in society. I thus approach my work as a photographer holistically, documenting and sharing visual narratives that employ my multifaceted understanding of people.
